I started drawing at a very young age, and art has awalys been my favorite hobby and subject in school.

I was elected Most Oustanding Student in Art in my 11th grade year( 1981).

One day my dad told me, if I saved a down payment he would buy me a car, so during high school art and working part time became my focus in life.

After high school, I studied art a SFA university where I completed my first painting,(for the record I did get that new car my senior year of high school lol).

I became a family man at 29 years of age, and spent most of those years, as well as my middle age years, working to support my family. There really wasn’t much time for painting(at least that’s the way I saw it).

In 2020, with my kids being grown, one Christmas gift from my wife was canvases and a oil painting kit…

She said I need to paint, now that I had more time. Since that time I have completed over 200 paintings from: Still life, landscape, abstract,pouring,cubism,portraiture, texture, genre, and many other fields of art.

I have always had the philosphy and belief that I could draw and paint anything( versatile), with some degree of professionalism.

I believed I could do it….. if I gave it my all.
